The official San Diego Comic-Con schedule is normally released exactly two weeks before the convention (which would put this year’s release dates on July 7-10), but many properties reveal long before then that they’ll be attending the convention. This is where you can find all of our compiled announcements in one handy master post.
We’ll be updating this post all the way until the schedules are officially announced – and it’s important to note that the schedule is never finalized until Comic-Con International or the various studios/entities reveal it. All schedules are subject to change.

Elfquest: Countdown to Final Quest (7PM-8PM, Room 5AB). Wendy Pini (the Complete Elfquest series, Elfquest: Final Quest) and Richard Pini (the Complete Elfquest series, Line of Beauty: The Art of Wendy Pini) will talk about Elfquest’s 40-year journey from home-brew indy comic begun in 1978 to the epic wrap-up planned for 2018. There will be teasers galore! Wendy and Richard will also participate in a freewheeling Q&A session moderated by David Mizejewski (co-producer of the Elfquest podcast series). Causeplay – It’s So Much Bigger. Members of the Avengers Initiative – West Coast Avengers and pediatric institutions like Los Angeles Shriners Hospital will chat about how costumers volunteer for their communities through their hobby and the service organizations that receive help at the 2017 SDCC. Hear what they have done, find out how to become involved with such charitable efforts, and learn how to get involved in events like pediatric visits and fundraisers. By employing talents one already has and sharing them, ordinary people can help others brighten their day.
Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog. Join the fun and sing along as the California Browncoats screen Internet sensation Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog. Enter the horrible costume contest and win horrible prizes in four categories: Best Dr. Horrible, Captain Hammer, Penny, and “other” character from the show. A grand prize will be awarded to one well-prepared individual for “Best in Show.” Do not bounce!
