VIZ Media are always one of our favorite vendors at San Diego Comic-Con – whether it’s their free bags at their booth, amazing panels, or cool merch, they just seem to “get it”. But this year, they’ve got something extra special up their sleeves.
VIZ Media will be welcoming My Hero Academia creator Kohei Horikoshi for his first-ever North American professional appearance at San Diego Comic-Con.
My Hero Academia fans will be able to find Horikoshi all over the convention, with panel appearances already planned for an official My Hero Academia panel. The panel will also include voice actors Christopher R. Sabat (voice of All Might) and Justin Briner (voice of Deku) from the anime adaptation of the popular series. Horikoshi will also be a part of VIZ Media’s Weekly Shonen Jump panel.
A pair of autograph sessions are also scheduled to take place during the show, with times and additional information announced soon.
